Reservation Confirmation:
The pre-reservation is valid for 2 hours. If we do not receive confirmation by email within this period, it will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date: voucher with a credit letter equal to 100% of the total reservation amount, valid for 6 months.
Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date: voucher with a credit letter equal to 50% of the total reservation amount, valid for 6 months.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date: no refund or credit.
In case of early departure before the end of the contracted stay, no refund of the prepaid amount will be issued.
